Holiday Gift Guide | The Rebel Planner

Happy Black Friday everyone! Today is the day where most people do their Christmas and holiday shopping and I’m one of them. I love scouring through multiple websites trying to find the best deal and challenging myself to get all my gifts within a budget. But you don’t have to do your Christmas shopping alone! Today I’m sharing my list of gifts that will make your beauty and planner obsessed person in your life utterly happy. Check out my holiday gift guide below!

Makeup Holiday Gift Guide

  1. Urban Decay Naked Ultimate Basics Palette ($54)
Nothing is better than receiving a Naked Palette from Urban Decay. But since whoever you’re buying from probably already has one of the main four palettes, this Ultimate Palette will compliment whichever one they have with its wide range of matte shades.
  2. BECCA Shimmering Skin Perfector Pressed ($38)
Highlighting was all the rage this year and at the forefront of the trend were these highlighters from BECCA. I own Moonstone and it is a gorgeous shimmering light gold shade that even works on my pale skin. It is opulent, sleek and one of the most gorgeous highlighters I own. I suggest the shades Pearl, Moonstone and Champagne Pop.
  3. ColourPop Ultra Matte Lip and Ultra Satin Lip ($6, each)
Another huge trend this year was matte liquid lipsticks. I’m sure by now whoever you;re buying for owns a few, but you can never have too many in my opinion. I just did a review on the Can You Knot Lip Bundle if you want to get a feel of the different textures and see which one the person you’re gifting would like best.

Skincare Holiday Gift Guide

  1. First Aid Beauty FAB Beautique Gift Set ($48)
My sister introduced me to the brand after she got me a similar gift set a few Christmases ago. I had bought from the brand before but I was thrilled to try more! I ended up falling in love with First Aid Beauty and a few products just from this kit. Anyone who loved skincare will love this!
  2. Glossier Super Pack Serums ($65 for the set, $28 individually)
Now, I haven’t tried these yet, but from what I hear these are amazing. Glossier is a super hip and trendy brand and receiving anything with their packaging would make anyone happy. The serums are the brand’s newest products and offer different solutions to different skin problems like dryness, dullness and tone. If the serums are sold out, the Mask Packs, Balm Dotcoms and Boy Brow are also popular items.
  3. Lush Celestial Moisturizer ($25.95)
Celestial is my favorite moisturizer of all time and when I use it, I feel luxurious. It’s incredibly smooth, rich and delicious smelling. Again, anything from Lush would make someone happy, but I say gift their skincare. Most people have tried their bath and shower products by now, so branch out and try gifting some face and body products.

Nails Holiday Gift Guide

  1. Zoya Remove+ Nail Polish Remover ($9.99)
If you really want to treat someone to needless luxury, this nail polish remover from Zoya is it. Is it expensive? Yes! Does any nail polish remover work? Yes! But this one works better. It doesn’t dry my nails out as much, it remover my polish faster and it doesn’t have as harsh as a small. And since the bottle is reusable, the pump can be used again with other polish. Therefore, this gift is a win-win on all fronts.
  2. Glisten & Glow HK Girl Quick Drying Top Coat ($6.99)
If you’re buying something for a nail junkie, then you know about HK Girl Top Coat. This is the what the knowledgeable nail junkie buys instead of Seche Vite. This dries faster, is shinier, isn’t as thick and doesn’t shrink your nail polish like Seche Vite does. I’ve gone through multiple bottles and can’t even imagine using anything else at this point. This makes a perfect stocking stuffer!

Planning Holiday Gift Guide

  1. Erin Condren Life Planner ($55-$75)
What would be #theplannerlife without a planner? Since the new year is starting soon, nothing would be better the gift a planner junkie than a new planner. Erin Condren planners are the gold standard within the planner community and what got people glam planning in the first place. Although this would be a great gift, there are many customizable parts of it. I would sit down with whoever you’re buying this for and go over what layout, coil color, color theme and cover they want.
  2. Etsy Gift Card
The planner junkie in your life probably already has a credit card just devoted to Etsy. But make their life (and ultimately yours) easier with a Etsy gift card. Most stickers are bought off of the website and this would make your planner junkie’s heart swoon. I would say the best range would be $20-$50. Most sticker sheets are $2-$5 and it adds up fast with shipping included.

And thats my holiday gift guide for 2016! I tried to keep the range open for all budgets and I think this works well. Do you have anymore suggestions? Let me know down below what you plan on gifting this year!
