Unlike last month, this month I have a ton of empties! Mostly skincare, but I got through some things I had been hoarding for months (and years.)
Let’s start off with some skincare for the face.
- Beaute de Royal Snail Mask Sheet
My mom got these face masks when she was in South Korea and I’m glad they came in a 20 pack! This mask makes my face so soft, bright and moisturized. The scent is a little strong, but it’s worth it. - Origins Clear Improvement Mask
This mask came in a trio I bought around Christmas. This mask helped flatten pimples and reduce redness and pain. I got about 10 uses out of this, including a few by my friends! I want to buy the full size of this. - Simple Moisturizing Facial Wash
I liked this moisturizer in the morning every other day. It helped keep my face hydrated in the winter and in between scrubs. It was a decent cleanser. - Neutrogena Deep Wrinkle Anti-Wrinkle Moisture Night
Yup, I used another one of these up. I like these a lot! I have about five more to get through. Hopefully I’ll finish by the end of the summer!
Next we have body skincare.
- OPI Avojuice in Coconut Melon, Apple Pie Spice and Jasmine
My brother got me a pack with six of these for Christmas in 2014. I was using these for my hands but I decided to just use them up by using them for my body. These were hydrating enough for my skin without feeling greasy and it sunk in quickly. I also loved the way they smelled! - Fortune Cookie Soap Tink! OCD Hand Sanitizer
I love the OCD Hand Sanitizer. This was from last summer’s collection and I finally used it up at work. Now onto the others that are out of season!
And now onto the miscellaneous.
- Fortune Cookie Soap Scandal Bath Powder
I’m not exactly sure what a bath powder was supposed to do, but it did nothing to my bath. I used the entire bag and got no bubbles, not silkiness and hardly any effect. I did get some shimmer and a really warm, fall scent, but that was it. Glad I used it up though. - Fortune Cookie Soap Shark Bait Cookie Soap
Well, I’m currently using it, but here is the packaging. This soap smells like a creamsicle and I am loving it. I just wish I had a better soap dish so the soap wouldn’t break down so quickly. - Real Techniques Miracle Complexion Sponge
This feels weird to put in an empties, but it’s not only important to wash your sponge but change it when it starts to show signs of wear and tear. My sponge started growing mold, even after washing it weekly. My Beautyblender did the same thing. Even though I store them in a well-ventilated area, my sponges always grow mold after three or four months. I love this sponge and I’m glad it’s inexpensive!
And that was it for my empties! What did you use up this month? Share with me down below!
