This week marked the first week of my winter break! It’s been really nice to sit back and relax for a little bit. While doing nothing for a week was really nice, I’m excited to get to work on my blog and work some holiday hours at my summer job. I get a little restless when I’m not doing anything. Rest is nice every once is a while, but I get bored!
I’m so used to planning for school that planning a week at home was really strange. What is there to plan when there’s not much to do? It was a big challenge to figure out how to fill each day with something to plan and do. I got a lot of small things done that I had been putting off for a while like buying printer ink. I’m not a fan of how empty this layout looks. I’m going to experiment with more decorative planning while I’m home, but I miss filling each day with stickers and pen.
I used the Sweet Kawaii Design stickers I hauled last week. They are too adorable! I love the Itty Bitty Blog stickers. The “Time to Plan” sticker got me excited to plan the following week. The smiling faces make my day a little brighter.
The weekend banner, checklists and dividers are from the monthly kits from Ladybugzdesignz. The cardboard boxes and smaller, skinny flags are from abundanceoferica. The Christmas countdown stickers are from Have a Parade. The appointment label is from Planner Kate and the pink spray bottle, heart and asterisk are from a Happy Planner sticker book.
